Black Friday Here We Come

Lily and I woke up early Friday morning to do some Christmas shopping with my mom. For the past four years we have made it a tradition to go shopping the day after Thanksgiving. Last year was Lily's first year getting up at 5:30 a.m. and she loves it. This year I rubbed Lily's back softly and whisper in her ear while she was sleeping if she wanted to go shopping. Lily raised her head up fast said yes and was smiling eagerly. We went to the Target in Lake Geneva then stopped for some much needed breakfast and ended up shopping at some of the stores downtown. We were home before 11 a.m. with some wonderful memories.
