Family Fun
This past Saturday our family had a great time at the Pumpkin Farm in Fontana. They ran around on the hay bales, checked out the corn maze and picked out pumpkins. The kids had so much fun that they are still talking about it!
After the Pumpkin Farm we decided to head down to the beach. The kids got a kick out of all the sea gulls. The kids had fun running around and throwing pebbles into the water to see who could throw the furthest. Once we got done with the beach we treated the kids to Cold Stone
ice cream. We had a lovely afternoon together.

A Visit From Auntie Carol
We had a fabulous time with Aunt Carol. I was lucky I got to visit her twice in one week. I always have such a great time with her. She lives in Arizona so I'm pretty sure not only was she happy to get home to her wonderful husband Bob (a.k.a Booby, Hooter or ect...) but get far away from Wisconsin weather. She's been making an annual appearance in September so I'm hoping we'll see Aunt Carol next year, too. We miss her already.

Day at the Beach
On Friday it was a beautiful day. Brandon was getting home at noon so we decided to go to the beach for the afternoon. I picked up Gabe at 11 in the afternoon and decided to take Colin out of school so he could enjoy the day with us. We would've picked up Noah but he had a field trip with his class. We got our swimsuits on, packed a picnic lunch and brought our sand toys. We had a blast. We were passing the beach ball to each other. In the middle of the lake theres a pier. We all swam to the pier. We sat and put our feet in the water while Brandon and Colin jumped of the pier. In between jumping in the water they sat with us. We were enjoying the weather, laughing at the kids stories and trying to enjoy every moment of the day at the beach. We sat on the pier for about a half an hour and even though I didn't bring the camera to the pier I will always cherish the mental picture I took that day. Let the summer begin.

Catching Up
I haven't been so good with the blogging this month. It's been difficult finding the time. I wanted to get all of the March post in before it turned to April. It took 2 hours to download pictures, do 4 post and still tend to the kids (getting snack, drinks and bedtime). But I love blogging. It's like a family journal. At times I find the kids checking out the blog looking at old entries and isn't that what it's all about. Making memories!

I love this man
When I was a little girl I remember laying on a hill with a friend looking up at the stars wondering if my future husband was looking up at the sky and wondering what he was doing at that very moment. I was such a dreamer as a young child that sometimes I would drift off to sleep dreaming of my future. I often think of that young girl and if I would see her now I would tell her it turned out better then I ever could have imaged it.
He is the most loving, kindest and supportive husband. He's a great listener which is great because I'm a talker(periodically I do quiz him). He truly is amazing. There's nothing he wouldn't do for me or the kids. If he had to he would walk to hell and back for anyone of us even barefoot.
I could not have picked out a better father for my children. Sometimes I just watch him with our children when he doesn't think I looking and I get all teary watching how wonderful he is with them. He makes time with each of them doing things they love doing. He'd give them a million kisses and hugs in a day if he could.
I look forward growing old with him counting our wrinkles and laughing. Remembering all the wonderful memories we made together. The years are going fast already watching our beautiful babies grow into children and soon they'll adults. I truly am blessed to have him by my side.

Christmas Visit To Fredonia 12/27
We went to Fredonia to see Brandon's family after the visit with my mom. We went to see Papa and visited with him for a while. It was great to see him and spend sometime with him. We received an awesome video camera (it's the size of a blackberry). After we got it I started video taping so I have Papa on video with the kids. We all loved our gifts we received. The kids are looking forward to Papa coming down to see us real soon.
After our visit with Papa we got the chance to see Clint, Karen and Joshua (plus Roxy and Riley their adorable dogs). The kids got some wonderful gifts from both Clint's family and Tami's family. The kids had fun with Joshua and his huge dinosaur collection. It's always fun to see Clint and Karen. They're a fun couple to be around and a lot of laughs!
